I Welcome You to Take a Tour of Your Capitol!

The White House has announced that starting this Saturday, March 9, all White House tours are cancelled due to the sequester.
Visiting Washington, D.C. is often a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many Americans. People dream of touring the historical sites, including the White House. I absolutely understand the need to make selective cuts to our budget. Is this what he selected? Some of my colleagues and I wrote a letter to the president urging him to reconsider this decision.
