Lakeland, Fla., Mar 18 - U.S. Rep. Dennis Ross (FL-15) issued the following statement mourning the loss of former State Sen. Larcenia Bullard who passed away Saturday, March 16:

“Everyone respected Larcenia. She was a friend and hard-working colleague who never knew a stranger. My thoughts and prayers go out to her whole family during this difficult time.”
