There are a number of names that come to mind when we think of individuals with inspiring success stories. Many people came from modest means and turned difficult circumstances into extraordinary outcomes. Bill Gates, Sandra Day O’Conner, Steve Jobs and Condoleezza Rice are amongst the most well-known, but there are many others across Central Florida and the Tampa Bay Region who have overcome significant roadblocks to create their own success.

I’d like to hear your story. How did you venture out and find success? There are a number of hardships you must have overcome and I’d like to know how you, or someone you know, overcame an obstacle and achieved a goal despite the odds.

Entrepreneurs, small startups, and those who managed their own success do not allow hurdles to keep them from achieving their goal; not a lack of education, immigrating to another country or even a lack of funds.

Remember if your dream comes to a crossroad, it doesn’t mean it’s the end of the road. By working hard and taking action you will find you are on a road to success.
